John Iglesias, LCMFT
Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist
Life can be difficult at times and it can be hard to deal with our struggles on our own. There is hope and I can help you find peace and happiness I know you deserve. My goal is to provide a safe, open environment where you can process your struggles and be genuinely heard. I believe therapy to be a collaborative process where my clients rewrite the negative thoughts, feelings, and stories they have about themselves and are empowered to create new, positive life experiences.
John specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, relational distress, stressful life events, and self-esteem issues. He uses narrative and cognitive behavioral therapies to help clients with a variety of backgrounds including LGBTQ, Latino, and rural communities. He uses play therapy to help children navigate their own difficult experiences. John is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
Change can be hard, but it is most certainly worth it. I invite you to contact me with any questions you may have and to see if therapy with me is the right fit for you.
