New client appointments can be scheduled through the portal below. A credit card is required to book new client appointments online, but your card is not charged at this time.
Appointment requests will be reviewed by the requested provider and approved or denied as appropriate.
Any appointments that are approved will be notified by email and provided follow-up new client paperwork. If an approved appointment needs to be canceled or changed, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $100 no-show fee charged to the credit card provided on the date of the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is denied, you will be contacted directly by our staff to explain the reason and provide alternative options as able.
