Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive an email with an invitation to join our client portal. In the portal you can provide some basic demographic information, insurance/billing information, and preliminary information about your request for services. You will also be able to review our policies and procedures documents and sign them. We recommend doing this before your appointment, as it will expedite your initial appointment and allow us to maximize our time together.
